worker, period_end (YYYY-MM-DD) and hours_worked, then either or both of:
Accrual: holiday_hours_accrued (the leave you credited for the period).
Rolled-up holiday pay: pay_for_work (basic pay for work done, before holiday pay), other_pay (optional: commission, seniority or qualification payments and overtime regularly paid in the last 52 weeks, which the 12.07% must also cover: reg 16(3ZA) and 16A(9)), holiday_pay, payslip_shows_holiday (yes/no), paid_same_time (yes/no).

The rules checked. Working Time Regulations 1998, reg 15B: for leave years starting on or after 1 April 2024, leave accrues on the last day of each pay period at 12.07% of hours worked, rounded to the nearest hour (under 30 minutes down, 30 minutes or more up), up to 28 days a leave year. Reg 16A: rolled-up holiday pay must be a 12.07% uplift to pay for work done, paid at the same time, and shown on the payslip.

Not checked. Whether a worker really is irregular-hours or part-year; holiday pay for leave actually taken (reg 16); whether the pay you enter includes everything reg 16(3ZA) requires. This is a self-check, not legal advice.
